Day Twelve – Button Pin Art.

I first fell in love with idea when I saw this button badge heart collage pinned on pinterest. The bird and love art pieces also incorporate buttons.

So if you’ve been wondering what to do with all those random pins and button badges in a box in the back of your closet this may be the DIY project for you!

Materials: Piece of fabric and button badges. (And a frame, which I have yet to pick up for this project)

These button badges were my mom, dad and brother’s that my brother had bagged up when he went off to college. I thought I’d put them to good use.

Arrange your button badges (and sewing buttons if you choose to use those too) in the pattern of your choosing and pin to your fabric.

I went with quick and easy and pinned my button badges in a simple rectangle. I definitely need to start collecting button badges for a more detailed collage in the future.
